For those who say that Jameson place is giving you sufficient “notice” before you car being towed… Did you miss that the a little over half a mile circle has about 1/4 of parking to “accommodate” residents? And that driveways fit one car, as well as the garage if you have absolutely no belongings for storage, because the actual apartments storage is a pathetic joke, as is parking. For those who say that Jameson place does not give you notice before you car being towed… Did you miss the 17 "no parking anytime -tow away zone" signs. Or the 3 "5 minute parking or overnight parking from 10pm to 6 am only" with a "tow away zone" on top. Also, there are three red and white signs in the neighborhood that read "before buying or renting in Jameson Place, make sure you are aware of the governing rules". Disgusting property involved with towing scam. Will charge you hundreds of dollars when they tow your car. I can bet the property managers are getting a kickback from the towing company. Reported to the state attorneys office for a little looksie-poo into their financials.
Stay away from this apartment complex. They like to have cars towed for ridiculous amounts. They don't even give you a warning. They have Junk Man's Towing taking cars from the parking lot without any kind of warning. Over $700 for a car they had overnight so I'm sure a big part of that went to the condo. This place is run by money hungry criminals.
Am I correct there’s inadequate parking, and this place uses a tow truck company that will cost you more than $700 to have your vehicle towed a quarter mile? If my facts are correct, that is abusive.
