The rooms and service have definitely improved with the new owners
Suitably blah experience, to put it generously. Not Motel 6 bad, but the smell of ash tray did greet me like a long lost lover(and the bed spread indicated that cigarettes were indeed lit). Most positive thing I can add is that the wifi was stellar, got to upload dozens of high density highway videos to my YouTube channel(WS82Classics) while there last December. And driving around the back, the sight of employees tossing the old furniture from the balcony to the pavement below was an odious, off putting sight.
