Came here in April for painful nodules in my armpit. It was late, otherwise I would have went to urgent care, but the pain was too much. Sat in a waiting room for 4 hours, was given a 12 lead EKG because (???) until I was brought into the room. Determined lymphadentitis, was given a prescription for infection and pain, sent on my way. Thank you all for saving my life! I came in with severe complications of a massive infection in my blood and kidney, and immunocompromised due to Polycythemia cancer. I have SLE as well and I'm medically fragile. I literally was drowning in my own body from the inside out. If I could I would put a 2.5 star rating. The majority of the staff were very nice especially Dena and nurse practitioner Jeff.But there was an unforgivable incident that happened the first night I was there on the cardiac unit. We had ask the nurse that was on duty (Alex) when I was admitted if my husband could stay with me overnight because of my anxiety level she said she had to ask the head nurse she left and came back 2 minutes later and said no so I ask to speak with the head nurse and that didnt happen but they said t... read more
If I could give ZERO I would. I have never met an unprofessional admin staff in my life. My fiance was admitted with a BACK INJURY from work, transported via ambulance and was forced to wait in the waiting room with no brace or anything to prevent further injury. There was no inspection of his back upon arrival and they assumed it was kidney stones and let him writhe in pain in a wheelchair in the CORNER of the room facing the wall as he was yelling and groaning at the main entrance and “causing a disturbance”.
