I was a walk in to the Emergency Room at 5:40pm. The quality of care and making sure I was comfortable through the entire process was outstanding. James the attending nurse and all staff members involved in my stay were outstanding.
I had Jill as a provider I have a really sore throat and can’t drink water and every time I drink water I puke She refused to give me any fluids and they had an IV already hooked up She waddled into the room to tell me basically that they have no idea what it is and they’re Just gonna send me home save yourself some trouble immediately leave if she’s your provider
I've been many times, a long with my daughter. Never get to root of problem. Just test medication to see what works as a bandaid and send you home. Doesn't matter if you feel just as bad as when you came in or not. Daughter is pregnant and very dehydrated and they still have yet to put fluids in an IV. Swear this place is a joke and somebody needs to investigate this place
My daughter was very sick and I brought her to the ED in February of 2024. We arrived around 4 pm and were never seen except for vital signs until almost 9 pm. The labs were showing low potassium level and 2 IV's were started and allowed to run wide open while waiting for her chest xray to be done. Both bags ran dry without a nurse coming in to check them or her IV sites even one time. I had to go out to the desk and get someone to come in and disconnect them.
