Very poor experience. They did not contact the funeral home as they said they would. Also, CORE kept calling when the deceased was not an organ donor.
I won't be using your lab again until you get rid of the miserable gray hair woman in the window. I was just trying to drop off a urine sample in a cup when she took an attitude wanting me to sign in. My information was on the sample. I don't need to sign in to drop something off. Horrible customer service and a nasty attitude. Make her work the morgue or something. 3.6.26.
This place is a sick joke. I just recieved a bill for damn near a thousand dollars from a visit that took less than half an hour for them to tell me they cannot help me. Then they referred me to a doctor that was not accepting new patients. They did nothing. They get a thousand dollars. What?
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went to have surgery there and from the moment he got there the patient care was less than subpar. His blood sugar dropped out and he sat in his room slumped over on the table drenching in sweat for a half hour before anyone came to give him some juice. They also didn't change his sheets so he had to sit in the visitor chair. When the doctor came in to see him before surgery he could have cared less about any questions my husband had. From the first intro with Jameson, including Security and Directions. To the people upward, especially the “Hostest with the Mostest” to the Nurses Aide, the “help”, the Kitchen while I was there, the Cleaning Lady,…(look it up!) JAMESON WAS AMAZING WITH THEIR PERSONNEL BUT WHEN IT BECOMES A FIGHT(maybe they should yes).Three ppl stand out. A black woman that wasn’t nursing, BUT THE BEST!An aide?
