My long-distance partner had a hypoglycemic episode and I called 911 here in Texas, they transferred to this hospital and they got an ambulance to her in <10 minutes. I have low expectations for healthcare and healthcare facilities but my expectations were exceeded here. My partner told me how helpful and sweet everyone was. I'm very grateful my partner was under their care. Thank you very much!!
We didn’t want to visit the emergency room during the worst snow storm of the season, but it was necessary. The staff was amazing, so kind! Thank you for braving the storm to be there to take such excellent care of the community!!!
This hospital is horrible. The inept manipulating shrink lied to me. I spent all day in there er as a patient and wasn't even offered a cup of water or coffee. Not a thing. I will call UPMC for you and complain heavily about there screwed up hospital. Absolutely worst hospital I have ever been to. I am going to sue these greedy clowns and name names
I would not recommend this place for anyone for any reason if you truly need help! They have no caring or compassion they are only concerned with lining their bank accounts..I don't know how they even hold a title as Dr.you can get more help from a stranger on the streets then you will get from these people. These so called UPMC Dr.s are quite useless if you really want help don't go to these people because they will collect the office call fee and that's all they do they could care a less about patients.
Wonderful Dr's and nurses in the ER. .Last nite i.fell and was.taken.to the hospital..this was my first time to the j Hospital.
