Does anyone have a address where her new office is?
Dr. Lewis is one of the best pain management doctors I've had. So sad she left Mercy hospital. Now I had to find a new pain management doctor because her new practice is 2 hours away. I miss her so bad. I wish her good luck in anything she does.
Dr Lewis was amazing she did mine and my wife's surgeries several years ago keep up the good work
