I enrolled online in their identity protection services due to a security breach. The process was easy, which I appreciate given I was extremely stressed at the time. When I provided my information, their service flagged past breaches as far back as 2012. It's nice to know they're that thorough.
the agent has to be one of the worst in DFW area. I cant believe how unprofessional and the rudeness he had on a Home Policy. I have been with them since 2019 and you would have thought they would be more glad to assist. I would not recommend my Dog to get a policy from the agent.
