On my first visit, I thought Dr. Chuang was nice and described my issue in nice detail. But when the problem didn't go away after 5 months and I had a follow up, he was short, rude, and acted like I was crazy. After doing research on MY OWN, I found out the problem and consulted an acupuncturist to CURE the problem. Sheesh!
Do NOT waste your time trying to do any kind of out patient procedure here. A month of my life wasted. They will not allow you to make any type of appointment without a referral from your doctor 1st. I've have spent the last month at my Drs office, in tears, on the phone with MIHS, back and forth with my ordering Dr, I even offered to drive the order to them. My Dr keeps faxing my orders (which I have witnessed multiple times to multiple different fax numbers) MIHS keeps saying they have not received them. Needless to say, I... read more
waited for 2 weeks for an appointment and arrived 10 minutes late and was told reschedule. Rescheduled appointment without giving patient an appointment card for time and date to remember. never received a reminder call or text. wrong patient name was listed on files. staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. not coming back to this office.
After waiting 1 1/2 hours, De. Chuang prescribed prednisone for an swollen eustacian tube, & told to return 2 weeks later. Then after no results he prescribed 4 times stronger prednisone to reduce the swelling in the eustacian tube. No return visit instruction. After no results on this, I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shah and was told premission had to be granted by Dr. Chuang. After a week's wait, still no permission.
