Saved our vacation!! We had a minor mishap in our garage right as we were packing up to leave for a family trip, which left my car door stuck shut. I called up the shop, and they immediately told me to bring it in. When I arrived, the team jumped right on it and had the door fixed in under 10 minutes. They were incredibly helpful, and supportive during a stressful moment. I can't recommend this place enough!
Horrible slow service, backed up for weeeks. Wicked rude people. No one answers the phone. Drive to Tom Clark in Denton instead!
Jennifer was a great help and even took me and my wife to the car rental. Great employee.
They replaced door panels with aftermarket trash, didn't properly adjust the window, now air leaks in over 70mph, broke the hood ajar switch and didn't replace. Left front turn signal bulb unplugged, left trunk light unplugged. Installed rear rim on the front. I'll be filling a suit against this shop.
