We requested an oil change, tire rotation and to check the tire sensors. They did not check the tire sensors and they all needed replaced. After the tire rotation it needs an alignment and that was not addressed. Now we have to make multiple appointments to get the sensors replaced and an alignment. We used to drive an hour each way for fabulous service, but will not be going to James Wood again due to the poor service received.
