0 stars if possible, inquired about a car and asked for additional pictures or a video got a response that I needed to agree on their price before I can get additional pictures… after all I get the video I requested and I made a reasonable offer to get a response of a “LOL” what kind of language is that? Are we kids here? Very disappointing

I went in for a scheduled appt at GMC service dept. for a safety recall issue. Someone greeted me pretty quickly and explained I needed to wait for the tech assigned to my appt. I waited 5+ minutes for the young man to come out and get me checked in and he directed me to the waiting area. I was told when the appt was scheduled that it's about 3-4 hr for replacement to be completed. The guy said he'd keep me updated on progress.
