Great service and right on time appointments. Service advisors are nice and help with anything you've got.
I brought my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I travel quite a distance to this dealership so I can get the multi point inspection about every third oil change. When I got home I reviewed my multipoint report and found that they marked my battery as being bad. Nothing was mentioned about this at the dealership. I called and was told that the system notes that it was cranking slow. No test was performed. The advisor mentioned that they were busy on a Saturday and they didn't have time to do it proper.
