Chandrakant Doctor need prior Authorization for prescription. Send request 3 weeks ago multiple times online, leaft voicmails, talk to different people over the phone so many times visit twice in perosn at Doctors office still not processed. Today wait at Doctor's office for that almost 4 and hours not resolved yet, neither Doctor came to talk about it. Very simple thing that can resolve easily but somehow it stretches so bad that we have to put bad ratings.

The one star isn't the rating for the Doctor. I actually haven't made it that far yet. It's FOR THE ANSWERING SERVICE for his office. I had to call 2 times; one to find out info and try to make an appointment and that first time the lady that answered not only did she not provide a name but was very uncooperative after I gave her all the information in regards to the Dr. that I was looking to see and the address.
