I’ve been seeing Dr Wolach for a couple urologic issues since 2021. I am completely satisfied with the care I’ve received. His office always calls within 24 hours with test results, and the office visits are pleasant and on time. Dr. Wolach has a great “ bedside manner”.
Dr. Wolach is great, if my husband, Roland, ever gets to see him. The office is horrible!!! This is the third time in less than a week that they've had to reschedule my husband's appointment, last Tuesday, Friday, and now Monday 10 minutes before his appointment!!!!! And none of this is an exaggeration!!! He takes off work for these appointments, he can't keep doing this!!!! So now this morning, they're going to try to "work him in!!!!!!!" We are very worried about our uncle health we are helping him with whatever he need he’s 80 years old, and Dr. James told us he didn’t want to see us and we don’t know why and my uncle has prostate problems that maybe is Cancer.
Dr Wolach and crew were very friendly and professional and I feel, did a great job. The experience was very straightforward. I gave them one less star because Banner health is terrible, especially their billing system. I strongly advise anyone considering going here to save all receipts and be prepared to question the billing. I paid for all my services, in cash at the end of every appointment.
