Two years after skylights were installed in my home we decided to change one of the shades. We had trouble figuring out how to do so and called and no questions asked they offered to install the shade we purchased at no charge. I was so thankful and they were so helpful.

I don't even have the words to express how abysmal our experience was with this company. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. We got our entire house re-sided and the shingles have been falling off ever since they finished. They completely covered over our dryer vent with shingles and didn't leave any sort of opening, so we had a bunch of hot, moist air accumulating under the shingles for weeks until our dryer hose inside actually popped off the wall. This included new roofs, repairs and replacements to substructures, new siding, new windows, new skylights, and new doors and gutters.
