I never write reviews. This review I had to write. People have to know not to hire James & Whitney to do any work to their roof. A few years ago they replaced my roof. My insurance company paid for the $21,000 cost of their job. This was for a new roof and new sheathing. I had damage on the back part of my roof after one of the 100 year storms here in Maine that caused a leak in the back part of my roof. Gorham Roofing - Extremely pleased with the responsiveness, options and service provided by James & Whitney. Within days of accepting the quote, we had a brand new roof on our home. The price was very competitive. Their team was exceptional. From exterior specialist Cory, Chad scheduling, Michelle contract & payment support, to Nate the project manager, all were personable & professional, I would highly recommend James & Whitney for your roofing project.

I needed help with a home I am planning to purchase. I called up Whitney & James and spoke with Michelle. She connected me to Rick and within 45 minutes they were helping me come up with a plan. Michelle was very kind and knowledgeable. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and talked it all through on the phone with me for a good 10 minutes. I felt way better after that call and will be going to them for my roofing needs. I’ve heard so many good things about their roofing skills.
