We recently had our roof done by Nikos and his crew. We were very impressed from start to finish - not only with the quality of the job but also communication throughout the project. Nikos scheduled a visit the week before our project to do a walk around of our property to set expectations to fully inform of us of how the day would look. He was on site for the entire project and kept us in the loop for any and all updates. I would HIGHLY recommend James & Whitney, Nikos, and his amazing team! 5 STARS!

I never write reviews. This review I had to write. People have to know not to hire James & Whitney to do any work to their roof. A few years ago they replaced my roof. My insurance company paid for the $21,000 cost of their job. This was for a new roof and new sheathing. I had damage on the back part of my roof after one of the 100 year storms here in Maine that caused a leak in the back part of my roof.
