Hudson was the project manager for the large roofing project at our condo and was very resourceful. He was professional & always on site with a smile & willingness to answer all questions & concerns. Most importantly he was respectful of our property and made a very stressful project tolerable.
James & Whitney just completed their work at our condo association and we are very pleased with the results and their processes. We had the roofs reshingled, with sub roofing replacing rot as needed, and skylights replaced. Our contact person, Hudson was always available and worked many extra hours to ensure the project was completed under deadline, even with some rain delays. Very efficient reshingling of our roof, installation of new skylights, and installation of heat cables (after last winter's ice dams) on our home in Kennebunk. Nate and his entire crew worked hard and the completed job looks great. Job was scheduled quickly and completed when they said it would be. We had some discussions about the heat cables and Nate addressed our concerns immediately. Top marks all around.
