Dr Weldon has been my son’s doctor for many years. I am unsure if this practice is overcapacity or just as uncaring as they come across. This office ignores you as you reach out with time sensitive requests. Requests made necessary because they haven’t followed their own procedures. Unfortunately even if the doctor is pleasant when we talk to him once a year, my son’s needs have been ignored by this team. Seems that an office that is responsible for complex cases should be more reliable.

My husband and I were far from impressed with the book lists of books that we had read 10 years ago along with the 3 1800 phone directories. I could have Googled that myself. Oh wait, I have been calling them for months. The appointment was a waste of time and resources tbh. I shouldn't have taken the time off of work and the kids away from their studies for it.
