We have known and worked with James and now Chip and David Wedgeworth during most of our 46 years on Hilton Head. Recently, as we are making our biggest move, their work was excellent. James is the best realtor we have EVER used. And we have moved 11 times. We viewed a home that he had listed for sale and we fell in love. The only problem we had was that we had to sell our home first. James suggested that we submit an offer contingent upon the sale of our home within 5 days.
