Came to house, brought ladder & inspected roof. Told me was good metal roof that needed some new screws. Price $800 Prior estimate w local roofer was $5000. (He walked around the property & looked from different angles) He told me I needed to power wash my roof before the job - not included. Weaver did the job of replacing numerous screws on home -& detached 3 car garage that wasn’t even included in the bid. When I addressed - he just shrugged & smiled!!
