I called Hannah on a Thursday to see if I get pick up contact lenses at our next eye appointment. She told me no, they had to be shipped. I called back on Monday and asked, "Did you order them to be shipped?" She said no. I asked if she could leave the Office Manager a message from me, saying I was running out of contact lenses. Then she said I "was mean," and cried to Dr. Tomko, so Dr. Tomko called our home and "invited" us to go elsewhere. So we did.
Dr. Tomko is a very professional and kind Doctor. He explains everything he is doing as he goes a long the exam and is very gentle. He is ALWAYS available for you if you have a problem and will go out of his way to be accommodating. His staff is always nice and professional also. I have seen him for years and taken my children to him also. They always loved going to Dr. Tomko! I would recommend him to anyone at anytime and can't say enough nice things about him.
From the minute you walk in the door until you leave after your appointment, you're treated to a courteous, friendly atmosphere. The staff is extraordinary, and I attribute that to Dr. Tomko's personality. He is calm, professional, friendly, and thorough. I've never had such thorough eye exams (I'm a repeat patient), with explanations of what was being tested and what the results indicated. I can't imagine going to anyone else for my eye exams and glasses.
I can't imagine a better patient experience than I get from Dr. Tomko's office.
