I am a homeowner in Wachesaw Place, a townhome community of 44 homes. Jimmy Smith owns 28 of these units. Most of the ground areas are a mess. The units he owns are not maintained as is noticed by screens falling off, boarded porches, debris ridden yards, falling fences, a dumping ground of various large objects in the common area, and a lack of upkeep in every respect you can imagine. James Smith is a slum lord. His properties are in such terrible shape they are barely livable. He doesn't care about your concerns so there's no point to even try. If you are a crackhead and you want somewhere to live hes your man. And he runs both real estate and rental the same both are crap. When you try to talk to him like a person he just says sue me.

Great realtor to deal with for vacation rentals. We have used 3 or 4 times over the past years. We booked our rental the Sunday after Hurricane Florence hit. They had no problem with us coming 5 Days later as the property was not rented the following week. Fortunately little damage from the storm other than the flooding which occurred later on which affected us in no way. Thanks to Patsy who was very accommodating!!! Rental was clean as usual.
1st year renting through this place for our vacation. The ladies in the office were super nice and helpful!! Will definitely be using them again.
They have been great at accommodating our family for 12 years!
