Dr James is a great chiropractor but his secretary is very nasty. Makes rude comments. I’ve had multiple issues with her and let them slide but I’m writing this review to warn others of her passive aggressiveness. She’s nice to your face, rude on the phone and will make comments. Had an instance where I had a 2 way call with my insurance provider trying to settle an issue and she spoke very poorly of me to them for some reason. I had my first visit with Dr. Rogers yesterday and I have to say I feel a whole lot better than I had been the last 5 days since experiencing this pinched nerve in my arm/shoulder. I look forward to my next visit.
