It's disappointing when you know they open up at 9:00 you leave a message the night before to please call or text and then you call again in the morning and then you call a third time at almost noon because you want to be seen by them because they're your doctor and nobody bothers to return your call or text you back to let you know when they can't take you today to the doctor's not in all week I think I'm just going to find a new eye doctor because that is so unprofessional I want to go somewhere where they care
Dr. Reed is great. I couldn't imagine "seeing" anyone else.
I’ve been using this practice for about 10 years for my glasses. All of the employee are fantastic and always so willing to help. There’s been a few years where they’ve had to order glasses for me special since I’m so picky.
From the moment you call to make an appointment until you leave after your eye exam you will have the best care you could ask for. I just had my appointment, and I always look forward to it. When you open the front door to their office you are greeted with a smile and a welcome from all. Check-in is fast and so is check-out. My wait-times have always been minimal.
