From the moment you call to make an appointment until you leave after your eye exam you will have the best care you could ask for. I just had my appointment, and I always look forward to it. When you open the front door to their office you are greeted with a smile and a welcome from all. Check-in is fast and so is check-out. My wait-times have always been minimal.
