Dr Melisi was the best ! I was referred to him by the hospital after a car accident 2 years ago and he was attentive to my fears and LISTENED and surgery went well however his billing department specifically Suzanne would not let me make a follow up appointment stating I owed $25 for a copay 2 years ago and I explained that there was absolutely NO way because the insurance company paid for everything and she would not listen nor could she comprehend that I have NO copay anyway I asked to speak to her supervisor and asked her... read more
