Prepping for a crown is never an "enjoyable" experience, Jim and Leslie make it as good as you can get. Always concern for your comfort and then the follow up by Jim to see how I was doing that evening shows the level of commitment he and his staff have to their patients. Thanks.

Great! Patti worked thru the Insurance road blocks, and we were able to get the right coverage for the visit. I think figuring out the insurance took longer than that actual tooth repair! Dr Kearney and Leslie were ready for me, and the process took less time that I expected!
Slight issue with the charges, but it was resolved quickly. Cost was still substantial and not what was originally

David, I regret, that in spite of all my office did to try to satisfy you, it was still not enough. There was no waiting time as we greeted you immediately and in a friendly manner when you came. I was glad you were here and I told you that. Unfortunately, I think the price quoted to you for the new patient exam, x-rays, and cleaning was confused with the cost of the fillings you needed for your teeth, as the cost you told me you were quoted was consistent with that cost.
