My boyfriend tried going to this place and wanted me to put this post in for him. . . . "This place is so incompetent - they do not listen to messages or return calls! Also, their ability to operate their broken down equipment is questionable! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!"
Zero stars if I could. I went to him years ago and he did so many root canals....I don't want to even say the number. I resent him actually. My mother felt bad because she thought she was doing what was best for me, and she did. Doctors are supposed to do what's best for their patients, not their pockets. After he did alllllll of those root canals, when I had an issue, his only resolution was to pull my teeth. Something is obviously lacking on the office side. I was supposed to be called for a follow up appointment; 1 month later, i never received a call. I have been calling for the past 3 days, and left at least a dozen messages without a return call due to a dental emergency that could have been prevented had the office staff simply called me back to schedule a new appointment like they were supposed to.
