I have been seeing Dr Freshwater for a while, and I think he is such a caring doctor who really listens to you. And staff is really good too.

I have had good experiences with both of the optometrist that worked here. Both optometrist are very good doctors. However, the business staff at the front desk especially is very rude and have absolutely no customer service manners at all. I think it must be someone’s cousin, but I’m not sure. Either way I give this a rating based on my experience of the customer service staff, and when my glasses are returned, they are Always slow.
