I had good impression of this office, but not anymore! We saw Dr. Freshwater and heard good things about him, but that was not the case. The exam was not thorough at all. If you say "thorough" if an opinion, here are some facts: 1. The doctor grabbed the wrong contact lenses samples for BOTH eyes! 2. At the checkout, the printed prescription for contact lenses was something else for one of the eyes. 3. I have been seeing Dr Freshwater for a while, and I think he is such a caring doctor who really listens to you. And staff is really good too.

I have had good experiences with both of the optometrist that worked here. Both optometrist are very good doctors. However, the business staff at the front desk especially is very rude and have absolutely no customer service manners at all. I think it must be someone’s cousin, but I’m not sure. Either way I give this a rating based on my experience of the customer service staff, and when my glasses are returned, they are Always slow.
