My first time seeing this doctor, staff was courteous and pleasant. However the tech scratch both of my lenses, I noticed immediately how big the scratches were I brought it to her attention she was very apologetic and she knew that she had scratched my glasses cause she said oh my gosh I did, I told her that I needed my glasses repaired. I called today to schedule an appointment. The person that answered the call said "Hello" ( Not "Hello, Brevard Vision", or any other business introductory statement, just a rushed Hello). Wouldn't be a problem except for what ensued: I said "Hello, I would like to schedule an appointment." and could hear the phone slam before getting disconnected. *** She did not only hang up. Every time I need them to help me the office has been there for me. No weekend hours is the only disappointment.
