There's been a few times where I've been scheduled for an appointment, made it there (40 minutes away) and they had no doctor on to see me. It's not all the time, but it's still very annoying when having to waste all that gas for no reason. Getting a perscrition filled has been one of my biggest issues with the staff. Usually takes awhile and I have had to called back multiple times. It has been very inconvenient. Especially when you NEED your BC.
