Ivan is a very competent, knowledgeable, courteous and humble person. It took him a little bit, to fix an old leaky bathtub faucet. The parts are not available, and replacing the faucet is not an option. So he improvised with similar parts. Faucet works fine now. So glad he has the knowledge to repair things, that seem non repairable.
Ivan is awesome!! Very knowledgeable; learned much today. We look forward to reading materials and for Ivan to return for water softener installation.
