I recommend James Valley Veterinary Clinic to everyone, Dr. Porter is the best hands down. He is the most compassionate I have ever dealt with, he went above and beyond after hours to help with my son's dog and in a very professional manner, he didn't rush the process and gave my son as much time as he needed to say his final good-byes. Thank you Dr. Porter I know exactly who we will use for a Veterinary from now on. Your the best!!!
Our dog Baby has had 6 years of exceptional care with Dr. Porter and his staff. He is so kind and sincere about delivering care. We have had several occasions when we had to get emergency assistance and Dr Porter did not hesitate to deliver care. He is so calm and reassuring. I was a new pet owner, and Dr. Porter and his staff have always been so helpful and reassuring. I recommend them highly.
The staff is great. I am a helicopter cat mom and they are so patient and answer my questions with no frustrations. Matt is the best doctor. Takes amazing care of my little Aggie :)
First off this is the only place I bring my dog to. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Plus Dr.Porter is amazing!!! My dog loves going to the vet and the staff immediately knows his arrival. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Best veterinarian around; very caring and compassionate group of people and I'm so grateful to them!!!
