The doctors and staff here are friendly but their billing is something else entirely. They can’t seem to get anything right. I specifically asked them to put me onto their sliding scale because, well, I’m not rich. I then asked them if they could combine the bills from my visits and my children’s visits so I could make just one payment. They agreed to both and next thing I know I’m getting sued by a despicable collection agency that they use. No warning, no contact, nothing! This place sucks. Docs are not available. They call just before you're appointments to reschedule cause the doctor went home early 😒
I would give 0 stars but the provider is great. Follow through from nursing and reception is very poor.
