I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at this pediatric office. My son went in for a routine annual wellness/physical exam — a preventative visit that should have been straightforward. We paid our copay at the time of the appointment, only to later receive additional charges for items that felt completely routine and unnecessary. Dr. Phan is a great doctor and is very personable, thorough, and kind. He gives you his time and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He answers all of your questions. He makes sure the kids have a great experience and my son loves going to the doctor and is never scared with him. The nurses on staff are also great and easy to get through to if you are not in the office to ask questions. Highly recommend!
