First, I was charged a co-pay for a physical when I should not have been charged. Second, the receptionist (Asian woman with long hair and deep voice) wouldn't take my card because she was on her "lunch break", granted I arrived 42 minutes before my appointment. When she finally came off of her lunch break at my appointment time, I asked her if I needed to update anything and she told me that she had over the phone; come to find out she hadn't and they couldn't find my chart, which resulted in waiting another half hour or so... read more
