My grandmother had a appointment we thought at 2:45 We arrived at 2:40 lady from desk comes running out and says don't bother ur late for your 2:30 oh we thought it was 2:45 nope sorry you have to reschedule she was so rude when she shouted out don't bother from the door as I was getting the transporter for my grandmother. I realize now that we are late but they couldn't do a cleaning for a elderly person 92 years young! When only really being 10 mins late at the end of there day
