Dr Crawford and his staff are wonderful. I have had ear and sinus problems for years, ear infections, ruptured ear drum, vertigo and ear tubes that were put in by an ENT in calif before I lived here. Dr Crawford has treated me and exceeded my expectations. He is the best ear Dr I have ever seen. He is compassionate, kind and so very knowledgeable. My husband saw him as well for a hearing issue and Dr Crawford confidently diagnosed him right away. I recommend Dr Crawford with the highest recommendation.
Testimonial Received surgery from Dr. Crawford and he’s a phenomenal surgeon! He did my surgery out of this world amazingly, I had no facial paralysis, no tongue, numbness, and I was up and walking within an hour of my surgery. He took good care of me he dead and I would recommend him to anyone! He’s amazing. This is my first surgery and he made sure I was comfortable And well informed!
The doctor is great, but post op the staff doesn’t care anymore. It’s obvious based on the conversation I just had they don’t take appropriate notes or relay discussions about problems over the phone to the doctor or even note them. Looks like a common theme in the reviews as well. Disappointing that the staff doesn’t care about caring for the post op patients anymore, and I wonder if the doctor is even aware.
Dr Crawford and Dr Bateman are Great.Thanks so much for getting me thru the cochlear process. Its only day two of activation but I hear everything I was missing. Life is gonna open up from here
