the most fantastic customer service ever - james was kind enough to repair a very cherished piece of jewellery for me even though he’d already finished for the weekend. both he and desiree were so so kind and i’m so appreciative that they helped me out with a piece that means so much to me. thank you again, can’t recommend highly enough - such lovely, genuine people, who i am very grateful to !!
