I have been a patient for many years and all the doctors, nurses, and assistants are top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to treat their clients. I would recommend their services to family and friends. Jackie M.
I would not recommend this doctor. I make an appointment they never called to make sure I was coming in . I found doctor on Google and didn’t have an address or number. I called around and found doctor office they said I could come in . I told the person on the phone I would NOT be there by 9:30 being it 9:12 when I called. I get all the way here in 8degree weather for me to be told I have to reschedule. She said it without a care in the world or concern. Very rude office staff. Sent me on my way before seeing the doctor to retrieve a form. Later received message saying doctor would not take me as new patient. No explanation was given as to why when I inquired.
I called this office to make an appointment and the receptionist that answered the phone was very rude. You should be very mindful on how you treat potential clients because they are the reasons you have a job. I am glad I didn’t get a chance to make an appointment because of the bad reviews I’ve read. This is very bad business for the doctor. I could only imagine how I’d be treated as a patient
