No idea why the negative reviews. Saw him for my shoulder. He spent lots of time with me. Explained all my options. Gave me a steroid injection, which I dare say has been working so far. Excellent office staff. Literally no complaints at all.

Great md and great staff always very warm and welcoming
The best orthopedic doctor, I had a horrible ski accident with major shoulder damage combined with broken bones. Dr. Tovey did the surgery when working at the Somerset Orthopedic Center and to this day I have not have any pain or issue with my shoulder even with the two screws he had to place in order to repair the broken bone. The shoulder with the surgery is now stronger than my other shoulder. My physical therapist Susan (don’t remember her last name) was also instrumental in my recovery.
