Dr Topilow is an exceptional doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. Because I have a complex, rare disease I have had many medical consultations in the past two years. Dr.Topilow is the ONLY doctor who made an accurate assessment of my condition and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly coordinated with other specialists.
