I broke a necklace and took it to another jeweller for repair. I thought it was just the clasp. So that's what they repaired. But it is an antique moonstone necklace and the stones are meant to sit centrally, so when I got it back, I realised there was a problem as the moonstones were off centre. I took it back and they were very rude, implying they'd repaired it perfectly as I'd only asked for the clasp to be repaired. They then claimed the best fix was replacing the entire antique chain.
