About a week ago my wife was told to go by 9 am, she was their at 8:50 am, waited in a crowded waiting room finally called her name at 5 min to noon, Dentist-Thornton walked in, had a fit when looking at her x-rays, stormed out of the room telling the assistant I wont help her,never explaining anything just walked out! leaving my wife in tears. What a horrible , rude person. We have now found the best Dentist ever.

This has been a very miserable day. My wife has a very bad toothache. We called 01-26 and were told that you were too busy and come in at 9:30 on 01-27-we came in on 01-27 at 8:30 at 11:30 my wife called and said she has been sitting for 3 hours and the best repsonse she got was we do not know we are very busy. What is your problem??? Do you want to stay in business or have so many customers you do not care?? Maybe some day your folfs will get a dental problem that causes you to be in tears. What a pleasant experience. Was dreading the visit after dealing with the Colfax office near me, but everyone here was very cordial and friendly. Didnt have to wait long and Dr. Thornton was great. Would drive the distance and will definitely go back when needed. Thanks guys.
