My fortified roof looks Awesome. JTC's guys got here at 8 in the morning and were pulling out by 6. Their workmanshjp and professionalism were top notch. They met all the requirements for the fortified roof designation. Great job.
We had a total roof installation and 3 skylights installed fall of 2016. Our skylight was leaking and the plywood boards around the area had rotted. The installation process and work inside went smoothly but that is where that ended. A few months later a leak occurred in the bathroom b/c the roof vent was not flashed correctly. James did come out and "fix" that. In 2021 or 2022 we started to see mold appear inside the house in the ceiling around the skylights. From start to finish, Nat and the team at JTC were awesome - they replaced our old shingle roof with a metal roof (FORTIFIED system). From the good communication leading up to the installation to their attention to detail during the installation and craftsmanship - we are very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced or is looking to upgrade to a FORTIFIED roof.
Great people to work with. My roof looks great - I have gotten complimented twice on it already. It gives me a sense of security to knowing I now have a fortified roof - glad we didn't have to test it this year!
JTConstruction installed a fortified roof on our home in Pine Knoll Shores. They did a fantastic job! Their crew was extremely efficient, on time, and they finished it as promised. I had a bid from two other companies. Nat called very soon after uploading his estimate and he came over the same day to see my roof and answer my questions.
