James has been so helpful with all of your business legal needs.
Mr. Dunn was able to help me with a long-standing real estate problem. I had been told that my issue was very complicated but his feedback indicated that it should be straightforward and then he proved it by getting it resolved very quickly. Unlike some bigger law firms, he was very efficient with his time and I felt that the fee was very fair. I would highly recommend.
I would put 0 but this requires a star. He sent me a bill when I had only had a phone conversation with him, had not hired him nor did I sign papers for him to be my attorney, when I called to speak with him about it he was rude and hung up on me. Do not recommend him to anyone.
