I had been a patient of Dr Sturm for over 10 years. The staff wouldn’t help me find my medication back in June of 2025. Had to go though drug withdrawal because they didn’t help me find the medications. So I stopped going to see Dr Sturm. Needed to see him due to cervical issues and was informed by one of his staff that they sent me to collections. Mind you every time you see him you have to pay the bill or they won’t see you. MONEY HUNGRY. RUDE. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENT AT ALL. WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DISMISS YOU AS A PATIENT WITHOUT MAKING SURE YOU GET YOUR MEDS YOU PAID FOR AND WITHOUT CARING OF YOU HAVE ANOTHER DR. They abandon their patients. If you so much as ask if you will be soon. They only care about money. Google reviews do not accurately reflect. Do additional research via other websites. There are SO many people this office has been horrible to. Almost seems like they delete negative reviews on here.
After being mismanaged by my previous pain management doctor for three years, I found Arch Advanced Pain Management. Dr. Sturm is absolutely amazing. He listened to me and addressed my needs as a chronic pain patient without making me feel judged. I am so happy to have found such a compassionate, caring doctor!
