I hate writing reviews and reliving the experience, especially if the service was abominable – but others need to know about this place. Since I work in a noisy environment. I had custom ear plugs made with Jim Stobaugh. The color selection was cute and the storage container was adequate. However, after having them in my ears for 20 minutes or so, my ears started to ache. For 3 days they hurt, just from ill-fitting ear plugs. What? He doesn’t know how to create the perfect fit?
