Great doctors, fantastic service and heaps of parking.
Dr Fiona was wonderful, but my experience over the last 6 months has been very disappointing. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I felt pushed toward expensive quick fixes instead of anyone properly looking at the bigger picture. I was also never warned how emotionally intense and destabilising withdrawal from serotonin-based medication could feel, which left me completely unprepared. I just wish my concerns had been taken seriously much earlier.

Just had an exceptional experience at James St Medical. The reception team were incredibly efficient and supportive, organising my iron infusion promptly on my doctor’s advice. I was welcomed by two wonderful nurses, Helen and Maree, who made me feel genuinely cared for from the moment I arrived.
