Josh was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire purchase and installation of our heat pump system. The installation crew was efficient, neat and quiet. We appreciated that they protected our floors and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards inside and out. James and Son facilitated the process of us receiving the Duke Energy Rebate. We appreciated the option of a cash discount for the purchase of our heat pump system. We highly recommend James and Son and will continue using them for our heat pump maintenance.
Highly recommend. David and Sam did an excellent install of our new unit. They arrived on time and were polite, professional and thorough. They explained everything they were doing and made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. Follow-up after install. Ben arrived on time and checked to make sure everything was functioning properly after initial install. Very happy with this company.
Our AC failed in the middle of the night and I searched for a dealer for our unit and found James & Son near our house. I called the minute they opened and they worked me into their lineup for the day. They kept in touch with me about when I could expect a technician, which I really appreciated since I had to unexpectedly stay home from work on a Monday morning. Great experience every time! I usually have my a/c maintenance done with James & Son annually but this was my first time needing a repair. I called and they sent a technician out the next morning and even gave a courtesy call when he was on his way. They were quick and efficient and able to replace the compressor circuit that had gone out right away.
