I’m a new customer of James and Son and have been quite happy with their smooth, issue-free installation of a complete heating and A/C system. The members of the installation team were introduced to me and I found them to be easy to work with and thoroughly professional in manner. James and Sons are amazing! They really go above and beyond the norm. I had new ductwork done so it's a couple days job. They were so neat, they covered my vents under the house while it was in transition to make sure nothing got inside and the communication is great! Price was affordable too! Give them a call. They will not disappoint!
James and Sons have always provided great service with the utmost professionalism. They were extremely professional when they installed my unit and have provided great service since. The technicians came in and were very respectful. They throughly explained what they found and continued to check my entire system to make sure there were no additional issues. I would recommend them for any and all heater or air conditioner issues or replacements.
Our technician was prompt, very courteous and professional, and thorough. He explained what he was going to do before starting and then reviewed with me again after the service reiterating what all he did. James & Son is fantastic and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
I am beyond satisfied with the work that they did today!!! They were kind and respectful!! James and Son installed a free unit for my family and we are so thankful for them!! This company definitely goes above and beyond!! There workers are efficiently trained and a pleasure to have in your home!!!
