My name is Anita Mancini. My husband and I have owned Bugs for 32 years. Mr Smith called and made an appointment for a Wood Destroying Insect Report. We arrived at the designated location at the scheduled time and issued the report requested. We accepted payment for the report in check form from Mr. Smith's account. James was amazing to work with! My fiancé and I fell in love with a place in Houston and James was able to get us on the property, to check it out, the same day. He was very communicative and professional throughout our entire experience. As a first time renter, I was not exactly sure how this process would work.
