James has done quite a few projects for us over the years and we have always been more than happy with the work. He shows up when he says he will and does a good quality job! He replaced our roof recently.Highly recommend him
James Sears Construction Co. has not finished the roofing jobs satisfactorily. I used this company to replace a metal roof with a new Mueller R-Panel roof. I had a lot of concerns during the time that I was available to watch the replacement progress. My real problem right now is that the company will not respond to repairing a sloppy finish work. The roof is dark green in color and the company used a white seal caulk at several areas (not all of them) where the flashing and the siding meet. Result is that the new roof looks... read more
