Changing to a new doctor is the best thing I ever did. I called begging for him to see me because I was in so much pain and he would not see me wouldn’t give me anything for pain. He told me to see my PC. After not being able to work because of my pain I had to find a new rheumatologist who searched for a diagnose for me and found one.
I called To disclose some information regarding the well being of my mother as i have been a bit concerned, the info was very sensitive. I wanted To voice my concerns with the doctor or staff and I spoke To a woman named Cindy in the Springfield office. She was extremely rude and very sarcastic regarding my concerns and the need to keep things confidential. She wasn’t very helpful and honestly could use better training with her customer service especially since this is a sensitive situation and very serious to say the least.
He don't do anything for your pain. I called to see him and the receptionist said that he said he can't do nothing else for me because is fibromyalgia. In other words deal with the pain. Not good at all. I got rid of him right away.
