Called to make an appointment to get a baby tooth removed and implant put in its place. Left a message for a callback because no one answered. It’s been two weeks and still haven’t had my call returned and I’ve called multiple times in between and no one ever answers the phone.
Did great at pulling my tooth, no pain at all, the pain came after. We had an agreement with a quote from my insurance that I would cover a chunk and insurance would cover the rest, I paid my part day of. Months later I get a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars for 'uncovered fees' that they did not even bother to list out. Untrustworthy when it comes to billing, very shady.
They are great all the way around from price to information and services. I have had 2 teeth pulled no pain fully informed and was eating regular food the next day.. hands down the best won't go to anyone else for teeth pulling or big services.
Dr Schirmer and his staff treated our Son, now 27 years old, several years ago following a complicated upper jaw injury that involved a detailed and arduous process of dental implants. Dr Schirmer’s work was impeccable, we are forever in his debt for the incredible way that he managed my Son’s condition. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the Doc did his job and did it well. They charged me for an hour of anesthesia when according to them I was only out for 40 minutes. I was charged for the x-ray when I was initially told it was free. There was another charge for a "comp. Oral eval" which never occurred to my understanding. Mind you, for every 15 minutes of being under anesthesia they charge $300... so we are looking at $1,200 just from that. Won't be going back.
