My husband was referred here from his dentist. He filled out the required paperwork online that was tedious and unnecessary, only to never have them reach out to him. Finally, he reached out to them, set an appointment and waited over an hour in their lobby. When he finally decided he wasn’t going to waste anymore of his personal time, he asked for a refund (120$ for the consult). This place is a joke and a waste of anyone’s time.
STOP Don't use this dentist. Horrible staff, never answered the phone, never returned a call after tones of voicemail. Thank goodness for Google reviews. After going over those bad reviews, I changed my mind and will never ever use this dentist so he can bill me hundreds of dollars and use my money on the beach and pose for pics. PUT pics of your work you have done man.
Called to make an appointment to get a baby tooth removed and implant put in its place. Left a message for a callback because no one answered. It’s been two weeks and still haven’t had my call returned and I’ve called multiple times in between and no one ever answers the phone.
Did great at pulling my tooth, no pain at all, the pain came after. We had an agreement with a quote from my insurance that I would cover a chunk and insurance would cover the rest, I paid my part day of. Months later I get a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars for 'uncovered fees' that they did not even bother to list out. Untrustworthy when it comes to billing, very shady.
They are great all the way around from price to information and services. I have had 2 teeth pulled no pain fully informed and was eating regular food the next day.. hands down the best won't go to anyone else for teeth pulling or big services.
