Dr. Sanflippo was an excellent physician. His His staff who makes the appointments and call center are atrocious
After suffering from lower back pain for a good 2 years I had my L5-S1 fused in April 2024. Needless to say going into this surgery I had so many worries and concerns. Dr. Sanfilippo and staff were so good to me and put me at ease. Yes post surgery is tough. You will have good and bad days and at times it can be overwhelming and depressing. Dr. Sanfilippo was extremely engaging, prepared, and very personable during my initial consultation for surgery with him. His bedside manner was perceived as warm and compassionate. He respectively answered my questions as well as explained and offered suggestions as to my best course of action in navigating through a necessary cervical spine surgery.
